Hudson Farm Charity Hike

Hudson Farm will donate $1 per year of age of each hiker to any of the participating organizations.

This year the beneficiaries of the hike will be Byram Township Volunteer Fire Department, Lakeland Emergency Squad, Local Youth Organizations, Byram PBA 403, Byram Township Education Foundation, Weekend Bag Program, Waterloo Neighborhood Pantry, and the Byram Historical Society.

Hudson Farm will donate $1 per year of age of each hiker to any of the participating organizations. Non-perishable food items will be collected for the Waterloo Neighborhood Food Pantry. The event is rain or shine so hikers are asked to dress appropriately wearing sturdy sneakers or hiking boots and a poncho or raincoat. Other suggestions for what to bring include water, bug repellent, sunscreen, a backpack, and a cell phone.

The following are not allowed on the trail: pets, bikes and dirt bikes of any kind, ATVs or skateboards. Hikers are cautioned that this is a hike on a mountainous trail, not a walk on paved roads. Please use discretion with younger children. Adults must accompany children under 12 for the duration of the hike.

The event is open to anyone interested in enjoying the beautiful outdoors. Parking for this event will be at the Hudson Farm overflow parking will be available Lenape Valley Regional High School with shuttles taking hikers to the Farm.
